How long does shipping take for customized home decor?
Since each item is personalized, please allow 3-5 business days for production. Standard shipping typically takes 7-12 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy for personalized products?
Because our items are custom-made for you, we only accept returns if the product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing error. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?
